If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of products after they have been handed over to the carrier. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or replacement, as outlined in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as non-delivery, damaged products, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@sudevfashion.in. We will work with you and the shipping provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package), we will contact you to arrange reshipment or issue a refund, subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
