- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may be eligible to return the product upon receipt, subject to our return policy outlined below.
To request a cancellation, please provide your order number and contact details. We will confirm the cancellation via email once processed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for eligible orders under the following circumstances:
- Cancelled Orders: If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement, provided you notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Change of Mind: For non-defective products, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product meets our return conditions (see below). Refunds for such returns will be issued after deducting any applicable shipping or handling fees.
Refunds will not be issued for products that are non-returnable, such as customized items, intimate apparel, or items marked as "final sale" on the Site, unless they are defective or incorrect.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
